Velice děkujeme za rekonstrukci koupelny a kuchyně s ohledem pro hůřě pohyblivé lidi. Do puntíku potvrzuji vše, co již napsali ostatní. Pan Skoupý s panem Szabó provedli rekonstrukci koupelny přesně podle mých představ a dodrželi předem dohodnutý termín i rozpočet. Navíc na naši žádost pracovali i v den státního svátku, takže se práce neprotáhly do dalšího týdne a již o víkendu jsem si mohla v klidu všechno uklidit. Celá rekonstrukce proběhla v pohodě a dobré náladě, na obou pánech je vidět, že je jejich práce baví. Doporučuji je všem 🙂

Rekonstrukce bytového jádra byla s oběma pány naprosto v pohodě. Po objednání nás pan Skoupý navštívil, prohlédl si jádro, vyslechl si naše představy, doporučil jejich úpravu a záleželo jen na nás, jestli doporučení přijmeme nebo ne. My je přijali v?echna a po půl roce u?ívání nového jádra pořád zji??ujeme, ?e jsme dobře udělali, na?e ře?ení byla hor?í. Pánové své práci evidentně rozumí, svoje fígle mají vychytany a co dělají, dělají dobře. Při předání svého díla nám je?tě slíbíli následný servis na svém díle. My ho je?tě nepotřebovali a během půlroku není ani náznak, že by něco nějaký servis dílo potřebovalo. Myslíme si taky, že to je díky tomu, že jsme si nechali poradit.
Případní zájemci o přestavbu jádra by si měli uvědomit důležitou věc – přestavba jádra u těchto pánů trvá pár dní, ale obrátit se s objednávkou na ně musí s několikaměsíčním předstihem. Není divu, že pánové nouzi o zákazníky nemají a byla by škoda kvůli nedohodě na termínu přijít o kvalitně provedené dílo. My sami jsme termín úprav jádra raději přeplánovali, než sháněli jinou firmu.
Je asi zbytečné zmiňovat, že se neobjevilo žádné neočekávané zvýšení nákladů po zahájení prací, nedošlo k žádnému posunu termínu ani k žádnému jinému podrazu, vše, co bylo dohodnuto, platilo až do předání – dnes něco vzácného a přitom normálního. Tedy – my jsme maximálně spokojeni, oběma pánům přejeme stále hodně zákazníků.

Chtěli bychom touto cestou poděkovat panu Skoupému a panu Szabó, kteří provedli celkovou rekonstrukci našeho bytu 3+1. Rekonstrukce zahrnovala kompletní výstavbu zděného jádra s koupelnou a toaletou, nový rozvod kabeláže pro elektrickou síť, natažení nových omítek, montáž radiátorů, zajištění instalace sádrokartonových stropů a především vybourání průchodu mezi kuchyní a obývacím pokojem o rozsahu 2,5m v nosné zdi panelového domu.

V průběhu celého procesu rekonstrukce jsme se setkali s naprosto seriózním jednáním a vysokou mírou profesionality. Na jakýkoliv dotaz či připomínku bylo reagováno okamžitě a velmi iniciativně a přesně podle našich požadavků.

Rozhodně můžeme doporučit, byli jsme velice spokojeni.

Tak já se musím přidat k ostatním hodnotícím. Práce precizní, bez jakýchkoliv reklamací. Přístup jedinečný – to se dnes jen tak nevidí. Všechno si chlapci zajistí sami a vzhledem k tomu, že s řemeslníky mám také svoje zkušenosti, měl jsem ze začátku tendence kontrolovat, ale věřte….tohle není absolutně potřeba. Jinak ještě musím zmínit jednu maličkost. Ne jen to, co zde mistři prezentují, umí na výbornou. Ve své podstatě dokážou precizně zvládnout jakékoliv řemeslo. Prostě univerzální machři. A po práci legraci…třeba když pozvete pana Skoupého na panáčka, to je teprve hudba 🙂

S prací jsme byli velice spokojeni, termín začátku i dokončení byl dodržen, spolupráce s oběma pány i kvalita práce byla výborná. Pan Skoupý dodržel rozpočet.
Po předlo?ení návrhu ho pánové vhodným způsobem pozměnili a doporučili značky sanitární techniky. Mů?eme je s čistým svědomím doporučit.

Pana Skoupého jsme si vybrali po pečlivém zvažování a shánění referencí. Dnes musím konstatovat, že jsme vybrali dobře. Pan Skoupý i pan Szabó odvedli mistrovskou práci, bez větších zádrhelů a „nečekaných“ překážek. Celá rodina je maximálně spokojená, manželka nadšená. Než jsem se obrátila na pana Skoupého, jednala jsem s jednou brněnskou firmou, jejíž představitel svou suverenitou a přehlíživým chováním připomínal – i když ne věkem – šéfa socialistického OPBH – chybělo jen oslovení \“paninko\“ či \“soudru?ko\“. Jednání s panem Skoupým bylo přesně to, co v ideálním případě očekáváme od řemeslníka: perfektně mi poradil, navštívil se mnou prodejny obkladů a sanity, jeho práce byla rychlá, perfektní a nemůžu k ní mít sebemenší připomínku. S tímto odborníkem nepotřebujete žádné smlouvy, protože podání ruky je víc než dvacetistránkový dokument a dané slovo platí. Jen se bojím, že tento druh živnostníka není na vzestupu, spíše se brzy zařadí do knihy ohrožených druhů. Výsledná práce je natolik perfektní, že ji chodí obdivovat nájemníci ostatních bytů v domě, kteří jen závistivě vzdychají.

Pan Skoupý mi rekonstruoval koupelnu ve starším domku a musím říci, že než jsem se obrátil na něj, tak jsem skočil na reklamu Světa koupelen v Brněnském Bauhausu. To byla fatální chyba. Tedy- ne, že by nebyli ochotní, to byli až moc, ale po té, co mi předložili předběžný rozpočet, kdy si v koupelně 2,5 X 3m pouze za práci bez materiálu účtovali 150.000.-, jsem nabyl dojmu, že tam všichni kouří dost divnou trávu.
Pan Skoupý ? to byla naprosto jiná píseň a věřte, že vzhledem k tomu, že domek posledních 10 let pořád jen vyspravuji, tak mám se řemeslníky všech profesí a úrovní vskutku bohaté zkušenosti. Tuto firmu všem VŘELE DOPORUČUJI a to myslím tak vážně, že pokud nebudete spokojeni, tak vám z vlastní kapsy vysolím pětistovkové bolestné za klamavou informaci. Ale nebojte se, NEBUDETE LITOVAT. Pan Skoupý pracuje ještě s kolegou elektrikářem a totální výhodou je to, že S KÝM BUDETE UZAVÍRAT SMLOUVU A DOMLOUVAT SE, TAK TEN TO TAKY VLASTNÍMA RUKAMA BUDE DĚLAT!!! Oba borci s ničím neměli problém a dělali to fakt poctivě a s radostí (nekecám), navíc pan Skoupý se osobně několikrát nechal slyšet, že ho ty rekonstrukce baví a to jsem zíral ? dovedete si jistě představit co je to za drbačku, omítky nedrží, odpady neodpadují, tuny suti, sem tam se někam nechtíc probouráte?

Některé naše představy dokázali pánové nasměrovat jinam a lepším směrem. Některé drobnosti museli předělávat, ale bez mrknutí oka to přijali (nutno podotknout, že jsem perfekcionista). Cena rozumná.
